My Published Projects;
Nursing is an art which heals the broken hearts
Hello and welcome to day one of the two-day DCWV/Hampton Art Holiday Hop!
DCWV and Hampton Art are two companies that go above and beyond to provide a wide selection of products from classic, to vintage, to trendy and modern. So, when we decided to team up it was only natural that we would want to show you some variety.
Day #1 of our hop is all about vintage! Whether you are talking lace and pearls and soft weathered colors or distressed, grungy, and aged, if you love all things vintage we have some beautiful projects to show you today!
Linda Abadie (you are here…)
If you have come here from Rita Barakat then you’re on track! If not, you should go back to the DCWV blog and start the hop from there!
On the first project, I used Hampton Art SC0273 Believe in Christmas Clear Stamp Set as the background of the project, by stamping the same sentiments repeatedly. As the main focal point, I fussycut the image from DCWV The Heirloom Christmas Stack, CP-002-00878. For the second project, after all the paper layering as the background, I added a little sentiment from hampton Art SC0274 Holiday Dreams & Wishes Clear Stamp set.
Here is the price from Hampton Art for this amazing blog hop! You must be commenting on each blog that you visit to be eligible to win the prize.
Next hop will be Tessa Buys.
Happy Hopping!
A big hello and welcome to the Hampton Art and Cherry Lynn Designs Blog Hop Week! We are so excited to be swapping product with such an awesome company!
This hop has a holiday theme and we’ve chosen some of our best products to be showcased by some of our fantastic designers to give you a bundle of inspiration all week long.
We do hope you will take some time to visit our blogs each day and leave a little comment love. If you see a sneak peek of a project be sure to follow the link to the full reveal.
For my project, I used French Party Doily (DL102) as the background of the card. The cardstock was distressed and machine stitch throughout as border and I added the die cut, layered with other embellishments.
and for the title, I used Hampton Art Danielle Johnson Warehouse Art Clear Stamps set (SC0274 Holiday Dreams & Wishes), fussy cut and added on top of a tag.
For my second project, using the same die cut and stamp sets, I created a more girly card with glitters and swirls. with hydrangea flowers to top the sweetness.
On this next detailed photo, you can see how detail the French party doily from Cheery Lynn Design. This is just absolutely cute!

Hello all…
Xyron is partnering with Teresa Collins products this week. It is very exciting for both Teresa Collins and Xyron product fans… and ofcourse, I am one of them!
Today, I would like to share two cards that I created using Teresa Collins patterned papers and Xyron adhesive. I used the same technique to adhere background papers on these two projects, which both were run through the Xyron 500 create-a-sticker. Here are the photos of the complete projects;
I really love the colors on these patterned papers, as orange and teal are always my “go to” colors. I am so glad you have come and visited my blog today. Please leave some love and don’t forget to “like” Teresa Collins Designs and Xyron on Facebook! Takecare…

Hi all and Happy Tuesday! I have been so busy trying to get ready for my kids first day of school and for me, this is the starting of our busy football season. Oh yeah…
This is of course a good time to go ahead and start working on any Fall projects. Xyron and Quick Quotes are having blog hop and for this special event, I created two cards and a cute tag with Quick Quotes chipboard, patterned papers, and they are so yummy!
The naked leaf chipboard was covered with green glitter glue and for more texture, I used flat brush to sweep excess glitter in outward direction. Other materials: Hampton Art stamp, RRR ribbon, Recollections flowers.
And here is more simple card that is so much fun to create. Love the bright yellow gingham patterned paper, it is one of my favorite. To match the project, I added bright yellow hydrangea flower that I purchased from Pier 1 Import.
Here is the tag with the beautiful quote…
The swirl naked chipboard was covered with gold glitter. It is glitter all over my craft room! lol…
Anyway, I hope you enjoy today’s post and please visit Quick Quotes website to see more yummy goodies for your creative ideas!
